My fitness journey began in late 2009 at just 15 years old, when I had the opportunity to train with professional bodybuilders who mentored and guided me. This early experience shaped my foundation in discipline, technique, and commitment.
During college, I went on to manage a national nutrition shop for five years. There, I spent countless hours researching the science behind nutritional supplements while helping clients achieve their fitness goals through informed choices and tailored advice.
Today, I combine my experience in training and nutrition to empower others to take control of their health, break past limitations, and transform their lives.
